Data deletion

There are two steps and they do different things. The first removes the connection to a platform, the second deletes the account.

Disconnect Instagram or TikTok only

In the settings, under Deine Kanäle, choose Verbindung trennen (disconnect). We delete the access token immediately and stop fetching anything from that platform. Posts and numbers already fetched stay in the profile so the sponsor page does not go blank.

The same can be done from the platform side: on Instagram under Apps and websites, on TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security. The token becomes invalid and our next request comes back empty.

Delete everything

Send a mail with the subject Löschung to geiser.paul@gmail.com from the address the account was created with. Within 30 days we delete:

• the account, the profile and the price settings
• all connected channels and their access tokens
• analytics, posts and uploaded files
• the cached profile picture
• the sponsor page; its address stops working
• the history of brand outreach

What remains: mails already sent to a company cannot be recalled from that company. And where we are required by law to keep records, for example invoices for closed deals, those documents remain for the statutory period.
